THE FITNESS TEST

Take the ‘Low Impact’ test if you are new to exercise, are returning to exercise after a long period away, or have physical limitations or injuries that would prevent you from taking part in the ‘Classic’ test.

The ‘Classic’ test is ideal for testing fitness and strength if you have some exercise experience, and can manage push-ups, burpees and sit-ups. This is an accurate ‘industry standard’ test.
