I didn’t realise Diana & Doug were married.
I’ve loved the workouts they’re in.
Thank you Daniel for your kind words of encouragement.
They keep me coming back every day as I recover from cancer surgery & prepare for my next steps.
Ironically, I’ve never felt better than I do now, despite two primary cancers!
Who would have thought ….
Interesting to watch and useful. Another great program add-on.
Amazing. Congratulations 🙂
Diana thanks so much for sharing your story. I am at the beginning of my journey and am inspired by you !! Being 57 I do feel like our age demographic is ignored and misunderstood by the fitness industry. Daniel and Alex have managed to make an exercise program that is Low Impact, challenges my body, actually makes my body stronger and leaves me feeling encouraged and happy after every workout.
I am just starting to feel stronger after about 3 weeks of fairly regular sessions. I which I could express to every middle age overweight person how amazing it is to realize you just walked up a flight of stairs, those same darn stairs you pull yourself up every single day, and this time you are not out of breath, you are not drained of energy, you did not use the railing to pull yourself up each stair, your thighs don’t feel heavy. In fact they don’t feel bad at all, they feel better than usual. And the program that helps you achieve this did not cost you a fortune and make you feel ashamed of yourself.
Thank you Diana for sharing and thank you Daniel and Alex and all the rest of the team.
I loved the interview. Covid closed our neighborhood rec center six weeks ago, and my husband and I (72 and 69 years old) have been doing cardio starter 3 every second day for the past three weeks. He’s feeling more limber than he did using the treadmill and weight machines. My hips are much less sore than they were while I was doing the Stair master. However, in the whole interview you never named the program that you and Diana had been working on. So name it!
Wow! I loved this interview with Diana. What she is describing about bad body image Is totally ME!!!! So nice to relate with her. Proud of you Diana! Keep it up. You are an inspiration to me and so many out there.
