If you spoke to a friend, a relative or somebody you really cared about, what words would you use to support them in life?

I love this. I think being kind to yourself isn’t about sugar coating everything. I think it’s more about being honest with yourself. I loved your parenting reference because I can definitely relate to that. To reference something fitness related, I use to say that I hated certain parts of my body. Now I tell myself that while there’s nothing wrong with me, there are things I can do to improve those areas. Less negative vibes yet still keeping honest with myself!
