    Excellent conversation, and it backs TBP philosophy and experience so perfectly. Just do it, words are not actions, tracking small victories… excellent. One point I keep going back to is tracking trends rather than data points, and celebrating or changing based on those figures rather than one day or one week’s results. Enjoyed this so much.     I HAVE A CALENDER ON THE FRIDGE AND A PACKAGE OF DIFFERENT COLOURED STARS. I GIVE MYSELF A STAR EVERY TIME I do a workout and have decided ahead which colour star I give mysellf based on effort and achievement jn each workout

    If you’ve lost your way a bit, then most certainly watch this!! It’s another eye opener. The one that clinched it for me was the “there is no talking yourself into it”, you just need to do it as whilst you’re, so say, talking to yourself you could have done it!!!! Loved it and pressed play straight after.
