    DANIELLLLLL…
you guys have given my will to get back to working out and changing my life again for the first time in years. I’ve tried so many workouts and there’s something about these that get me so pumped and excited and I have so much fun even if I’m suffering immensely HAHAHA. Seriously though…your videos have CHANGED MY LIFE. I have pushed myself harder than I EVER have. I don’t exactly know what it is about these videos but they just fit my life perfectly. The last 4 weeks have been a journey and a wonderful one. Thank yall so much for changing my life. I look forward to continuing this journey. Just know you’ve made a huge impact on this girl from Tennessee. THANK YOU!!!!

Thanks Daniel, as always an inspiration for me to keep going! I just finished mish mash 8 and it was great thanks Alex! . When I first started TBP there was no way I could have finished that. I also belong to Noom and have learned a lot about myself. With TBP and Noom I have been able to lose 40 lbs and keep it off. I still have a way to go but I feel stronger and I believe in myself. I can do this.

Thank you so much for this Daniel…it was so helpful. I have only been a member for a few months and love the programs and have completed quite a few . I work out early am every day before work so I love the structure. But it never occurred to me to take the fitness test again to measure progress. This week’s blog has encouraged me to really go through the whole site with a different perspective. I can’t imagine the work and love that goes into it…there is so much! Team body project truly is a wonderful lifestyle!Thank you to you and Alex for all you do ♥️

Thank you Daniel! Probably some of the best examples of why comparisons are rubbish. And lovely to hear you talk so enthusiastically about Alex’s strengths too

Never thought I’d be able to enjoy working out and it’s now been 10 months, 27 kgs down and so much healthier and all because of TBP. Words cannot describe my gratitude to you all. Only wish I had found your videos earlier. Thank you so much!

Thank you for your message, Daniel. You reminded and inspired me to respect my body and appreciate what it can do and give it what it needs. And you inspired me to be more encouraging towards others.

I’m happy that I had time to hear your VLOG today, Daniel! I’ve been doing TBP workouts pretty consistently for a year now, and I want you to know that TBP is one of the best things I’ve stumbled upon. The workouts fit beautifully into my crazy unpredictable schedule. I don’t always “want” to exercise, but I’ve come to believe that “it’s who I am,” thanks to you! You and Alex are adorable. I know that I will be encouraged and entertained while moving and improving my body. I love that I don’t have to think about which button to press – the recommended plans take the guesswork out of it. I’ve been fairly active my whole life, but always struggled with body image and food issues. The more I hear messages like today’s, the more I accept – and learn to respect – my body. THANK YOU.

Thanks for your encouraging words! It is so clear you really care about people. I especially like the concept of forgiveness around what can be construed as mistakes. This past week I felt especially hungry, so I simply ate more and didn’t allow myself to worry about it or treat it as a sign that I’m a failure or somehow unworthy of love. This is usually where I take the slippery slope to old unhealthy patterns of behavior, but I didn’t do that. I kept up my exercise habit, decided to try something different for breakfast so that I could get more variety in my nutritional intake, and here we are— a new day and a fresh start and I’m feeling stronger than ever! My goals are still intact, but it’s really the journey that matters.

Could listen to Daniel all day. Such a compassionate voice of reason. Thank you for putting this important content out here.

Thank you for your coaching. Your message transcended working out and caring for our bodies. Your anecdote about your son’s race reminded me of the end of the gospel of John. After His resurrection, Jesus was walking and talking with Peter on the shore. Instead of just focusing on what Jesus was saying to him, Peter looked around (like your son) and saw John and asked Jesus about what would happen with him. Jesus basically replied, ” None of your business. You follow Me. Keep your eyes on Me.” (Loose translation!) I had never considered the time and energy wasted on “looking around” and the resulting loss of ground in the race. Thank you for such practical and powerful encouragement.

Amy, I love your comparison of Daniel’s son’s race to the disciple Peter’s race! In both, we are reminded to keep our eyes on our own God-given purposes and abilities, and not compare ourselves to others :).
