A fun twist on the TWT format, with Alex and Daniel having fun with 30 minute intense workouts.
SENIORS workout plan with REAL members
A workout plan for senior Team Body Project members – extra consideration given to injury prevention, bone density, flexibility, cardio and lung health and mobilisation.
TRAVEL PLAN in partnership with Virgin Atlantic
A series of 5 workouts of less than 10 minutes, ideal for when travelling with limited space and equipment.
REAL START REUNION PLAN
The Real Start Team get back together for an action packed two week, low impact workout plan for all levels.
