Real Start Repair is a workout system I hope to refine and improve - keeping us free from injuries by engaging in achievable, anabolic movement.
These workouts feature controlled and slow cardio, full range slow resistance, light flow movements and stretches - the session is designed to repair and rejuvenate the body in an active way.
At the END of the session, after the final stretch, there will be an OPTIONAL opportunity to join me in some light breathing work and meditation.
