The First Train with Daniel workout. Now, If we’re going to do an authentic ‘Train with Daniel’ there should probably be a few warnings for anybody who is interested.

1. I might chat about stuff that has nothing to do with anything we’re doing. A lot.
2. Philosophy and life will probably be pontificated.
3. Exercises won’t be anything original. Classic moves.
4. All low impact of course. Maybe use the mat occasionally but I’ll always show a standing option if I do. 5. Every workout will be a comprehensive, total body session.
