Welcome to the 14/60 plan where you'll experience 14 incredible days of 50-60 minute workouts that will challenge you to build up day by day. By the end of the 14 days you'll see an incredible difference in your physical and mental health which you've achieved one day, one exercise at a time! This plan is fully accessible with standing and low impact options all the way through. Led by the lovely Alex, you can expect never-before-seen workouts including pyramids and 50/50. Fun and challenging, 14/60 will push you along your path to health and fitness in a way that's challenging and achievable!
