The AvD plan is all about fun in a non-linear, loose pattern of delivery. The focus is more on getting involved, smiling and enjoying the sessions with Daniel and Alexandra. Whilst we don't recommend working out this way all of the time, it's a fabulous and effective way to train from time to time. Whilst not strictly structured, the workouts always contain balance...and all are effective.
