Body Burst
Body Burst is an intense and progressive workout plan that involves resistance, core and cardio. The sets are long, either 2 minutes of cardio or 4 minutes of resistance, broken up into a number of different exercises within each set. The sets being a longer duration, and the rest times being short, the workload is high and continuous. However, there is a silver lining - the variety of exercises coupled with constant switch ups and continuous engagement from the team, means the sessions will fly by.
