Clean Cardio is a simple and straightforward (but hugely effective) cardio-focused plan designed to keep you moving without overcomplicating things. Featuring your favourite trainer duo, Alex and Daniel, the sessions use a consistent interval format of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest, made up of a variety of low impact, all standing cardio exercises. With short rest times and steady effort, the workload stays continuous and your heart rate remains elevated throughout the workout. Before you know it, your 30 minutes will be done and you'll be left with all the good vibes!
