The Essentials Plan is a comprehensive two-week workout schedule that ensures you cover all of the 'essential' areas of health and fitness in each and every workout. Each session features between 10 and 15 minutes of Cardio, Resistance and Core work. Essentials is the most complete workout plan yet! Expect fat burning, cardio fitness, increased strength, muscle tone and core strengthening.
