Full Body 5 is a 5 day plan that consists of 5 different exercises in each set. 2 Upper, 1 lower, 1 full body and 1 HIIT. Expect 5 high energy sessions led by Alex and a larger than usual team in attendance at each workout - Kristen, Tarsh and Jaimie.
