The IN-TEN-SITY Plan (Phase 1) is 10 days (two weeks) of 30-40 minute workouts designed to hones in on strength building. Led by Alex the workouts feature three sets of 10 minute exercises that alternate between high weights and low reps in the first half, followed by low weights and higher reps in the second half. Featuring Jaimie, Tarsh, Kristen and Daniel.
