Mat and Muscle Classics
Mat and Muscle Classics is a two-week program that brings back the best of old-school training with a modern TBP twist. Led by Luke and Hollie, with a special guest appearance from Daniel, these circuit-style sessions combine time-tested strength moves with bursts of cardio for total-body conditioning. Every 30 to 40-minute workout builds strength and tone from head to toe, with low-impact and all-standing options to keep it accessible. It’s focused, fun and proof that sometimes the classics really are the best.
