Every workout in the Maximum Plan is a winner. Featuring a blend of strength, resistance, cardio and abs with our team of coaches, Daniel, Alex, Luke and Hollie, supported by Jaimie, Tarsh, Kristen and Christine. As always, there are low impact and standing options for everyone, meaning we all get to experience Maximum outcomes no matter where we are on our fitness journey!
