Real Start Evolve is a workout plan that features Real TBP members Kylie, Tarsh and Adam. This plan takes your training to a level beyond Real Start Plus, so be patient with yourself, with the workouts and with the new moves. This workout plan involves some more advanced movements, but alternatives are provided. It also features mat work for the first time in the Real Start range, however, there are no fast transitions from mat to standing (with the exception of burpees, for which we have a standing alternative). This is a challenging workout plan that is designed to take your fitness on to the next level.
