Real Start Movement is a fun and challenging 'Low impact, all standing' workout plan focused on developing a love for movement. We wanted this plan to focus on developing a passion for movement - we've done this through music, humour and an assortment of interesting but achievable sessions. With the movement plan, you can expect to achieve fat loss, muscle tone, heart and lung health, balance and mobility.
