The ‘Sculpt and Tone’ plan is a game changer for many of our members when it comes to body shape and tone. The cardio is lower, but the relentless resistance training you do will leave you in more daily pain than any of our other workout plans! Note: ‘Sculpt and Tone’ works perfectly alongside ‘H20’ cardio workouts, cardio breeze and cardio compassion. We recommend a higher level of protein in your diet should you take part in this plan.
