This plan can be from levels 3-5, dependent on weights chosen and mat selections. Each 'super' session covers all aspects of fitness - core, strength and cardio. It's a wonderful all-around workout plan that provides a comprehensive workout. Whilst each workout is over 40 minutes in duration, the amount packed into this timeframe is extraordinary. Enjoy!
