A workout plan that is designed to 'Get you back' into the momentum and routine of regular exercise. Each day, we cover a topic that builds upon a toolkit of mindset techniques to ensure permanent behaviour change, followed by a suitable workout video. If you're already in the flow of working out daily, this plan may not be suitable.
