
The Kick Start plan blends all of the workout disciplines in a fun and exciting format. Each workout is 30 minutes and focuses on extracting the maximum change juice from the time we spend together. It's the ideal plan to go at your own pace and in your own way - whether that's gently or to the limit. Every workout offers standing and low impact options. You can expect fat loss, toning, cardio fitness, heart health and so much more.
