Stretch and Pilates is a one-week, low-impact plan designed to help you slow down, move with intention and reconnect with your body. Led by Alex, each 20 to 30-minute session blends controlled stretching with Pilates-inspired movements to build deep, functional strength while improving mobility, posture and balance. By the end of the week, you’ll feel stronger, taller and more connected – the kind of shift you notice not just during workouts, but in how you move every day.
