The Development plan
This plan is suitable for: 
  • Fat and weight loss

  • A gentle introduction to your exercise routine
  • Lower impact workouts

  • Cardio fitness

This plan is not 'easy' and there are many points that will challenge you and you may need to modify. The development plan will prepare your body for more intense exercise further down the line whilst toning your muscles, developing your cardiovascular system and burning fat.
