Train with Alex is a chance to share in the workouts Alex designed to maximise her own fitness and conditioning. This makes them intense but effective sessions. 3 minute long continuous sets, packed with a variety of exercises across all disciplines...and with short rest times. Train with Alex workouts are less than 30 minutes in duration, but pack plenty of action and change juice. You can expect low impact and standing options throughout. Ideal for toning, conditioning, fat loss, and general fitness.
