Your fitness training resources

Plateau troubleshooters

If you feel that you’ve seen no signs of progress for three weeks in a row, then you may have hit a plateau. Our plateau troubleshooters are a fantastic way to identify where you could make a few tweaks to get things moving again.

You’ll find three different troubleshooters covering exercise, nutrition and compliance. Suggested tweaks may include actions like increasing the amount of resistance training in your weekly workouts, increasing your protein macros or trying to get more sleep each night.

Your health blueprint

Consider this your trusty guide and launchpad. The light version will encourage you to make a record of your NEAT target, starting calories and starting measurements. The extended version will also include your macronutrient, flux and healthy eating ratios.

Make sure you keep the answers somewhere safe so you can refer to it later and recognise your progress!

Exercise handbook

Whether you’re new to our workouts or new to exercise altogether, the exercise handbook will cover everything you need to know before you get started. It’s also a really handy guide to refer to as you progress through your health and fitness journey.

You will see this fitness training resource is divided into two sections:

1. special workouts and accelerators
2. resistance basics

It will talk you through everything from why you should do the pre-phase workouts to choosing the right dumbbell weights for you.

If you have a question about your workout, the answer will probably be in here.

Emotional eating handbook

Emotional eating is something many of us battle with on a daily basis. When we’re happy, we want to celebrate with food. When we’re sad, we want food to make us feel better. In short, emotions and food should not have a relationship – but the unfortunate truth is that they walk hand in hand for many of us.

If you have a difficult attachment to food, our emotional eating handbook may be one of the most valuable tools for you and we hope you take it as seriously as your daily workout. In it, we share five very simple – but very important – habits to help you feel more in control. Action is the driver of all change, and we want you to be behind the steering wheel.

Calorie burn spreadsheet

Wondering how many calories your workouts are burning? Need a little more motivation to work hard this week? Our calorie burn spreadsheet gives a rough estimate of the calories you will likely be burning across the various workouts.

Sculptors resistance plug-ons

Sculptor plug-on workouts are resistance-based workouts of between 10 and 20 minutes that can be ‘plugged-on’ to your Team Body Project workout plan. There are several progressive plans that you can select based on your current goals and all are multi-level with low impact options.

These plug-ons are a great way to add a little bit more to your workout regime, accelerate your results and fine tune your body.
