Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
Such a helpful video. It is this kind of extra attention and care that keeps me coming back to TBP, and keeps me progressing forward. Really is a pleasure to work out with you guys!
The fact that you guys understand and cater for people’s limitations are why I signed up to TBP in the first place. I have more than one issue that mean I have to stick to standing and low impact always, and I had almost given up on finding any workouts I could follow until I found you guys. I’d find something that might have one low-impact standing workout, but doing the exact same workout every day is boring as well as less effective than going through a range, so I never stuck to it for more than a couple of weeks.
Except for a couple of weeks off in December for a minor hamstring injury (not because of a workout, but painting the skirting boards, go figure!) I’ve been doing TBP workouts most days since October! And I’ve only repeated a small handful.
While I still sometimes struggle even with the adapted ones (lunges for example are extremely hard on my toes – stupid bunions!), I’ve found enough workouts to keep me busy for some time, and I love that you guys are always adding more. I’m the fittest right now I’ve been in over a decade!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thanks SO much for taking the time to film this and remind us that WE DO HAVE OPTIONS, and it is perfectly o.k. to do what works for our bodies! Such a mind-blowing concept that we all too often forget.
Also, the story behind the 4×4 tire?
Thank you for the burpee and push up modifications

Brilliant video Alex and Danie, thanks for sharing. Struggling with the knees at the moment so some great tips for alternatives.
Off to get a 4×4 tyre for my living room
C’mon TBP
Absolutely marvelous, both of you and all the team. It has been a pleasure to workout with TBP. And even more since I joined this platform Best explanation about modifications!
Thank you so much guys. This really feels like a family! Bless your heart!
Hey team. Lunges were a challenge but am now satisfied with the modifications.Lets keep doing this. TBP all the way.
The more I workout with you guys the more I love TBP! This latest video on exercise conversions is excellent. I have found that burpees are not something that I am quite up to at 68 years old, so I was modifying it pretty close to what you showed. I did standing rope climb one time and did touch and raise another. Thanks again for all that you do.
