Looking forward to digging deeper into the website and trying some of the sculptors and instructional videos. I love that we can swap workouts and it still counts as moving through a program. Thank you!

This video was super helpful. I wish I had seen this when I first became a member as it would have allowed me to navigate through the plans better. Perhaps you can tweak it a bit and make it the first thing new members see to orient them on how to use your website / app.

The swap out a workout thing was a great bit of validation, thank you.
A couple have been troublesome for me & I felt I’d ‘cheated’ by doing a different one but marking the other as completed.

I really love this guide-through, Daniel. I would not shy off on the sculptor and the book section. Especially the latter is such a vast treasure of knowledge and insight that is very hard to find anywhere in such a compact and understandable format.

p.s.: You mentioned an overhaul of the website. Just make sure this video gets updated once it is done.

Great overview of the website. I’ve been working through several of the details that you highlighted!! To be honest, I’m feeling like a Winner for having navigated it successfully; I won’t go so far as to say I’m a Warrior 😉 because the site really is well laid out!!

When I first started testing the waters with TBP, I was picking and choosing various workouts without really knowing much about the various “programs” … I just really loved that I could pick a workout and then follow whichever person I felt most connected with. THEN I decided to do the Assessment and pick a Plan! Here’s what I’ve noticed: 5 weeks into following your plans, I am doing some workouts that I had done when I first discovered TBP. BUT NOW, I seem to know too much about how to move properly and the workout that I thought was “pretty good; I can do this” (about 6 weeks ago) NOW feels Really.Different!!! It’s so much more of a challenge! Here’s why: I am actually moving with intention, I know what it means to “engage my core” and to have my “shoulders proud” and to bend a little deeper!

So What I’m Trying To Say Is: I am Loving the Programs! My body is shifting! I do feel like a Warrior!!!

Keep up the Great Work, Team Body Project!!

This is very helpful. I have done most of the Real Start programs and I did do a couple of substitutions as you mentioned for workouts that I did not care for. I use the phone app most of the time now because I can schedule the workouts the the week ahead. I now have been doing random workouts. But it would be nice if the app would sync to the website.

This was really helpful. I’m still confused however on the progression of programs. it seems the the longer programs (trainee, apprentice) have a different scale they are on. For example the trainee program is categorized as a 1-2 while Real start movement is a 3-4, but as I understand it, the Trainee program is actually harder…is that correct? Would love to have an overarching document that tells us how you see the different programs, and which are better for which kind of goals, etc.

I completely agree with confusion on workout progression. What I would like to see is a chart of graph, ideally an interactive one, where you can see where you are, what are you option to grow, and where to go forward. A summary of the “Where nexts” would be a great starting point: just seeing them on one visual map. 🙂

Really appreciated watching this today – I’m doing a programme but it’s stretching me and I wasn’t really feeling it today but didn’t want to have a rest day so did Chest Intervals because it’s a workout I know I enjoy and then did a Real Start Plus workout on top – didn’t plan on doing two today but was just feeling it. If I’d been really strict and made myself do the next workout in the programme, I wouldn’t be feeling this pumped now. Bring on the next workout in my programme tomorrow!

I am repeating the Total plan because I understand what is coming next a bit better. The first time around it was difficult because you had all these new exercises and combinations which made it harder to adjust. At least now I know what to expect and I can focus more on technique

Thank you for this! I’m a “rule follower” and it felt like cheating to swap out a workout. Now that I know it’s OK with you, I won’t feel guilty.
